Once upon a time, barbelith went crazy for Donnie Darko. The original thread (http://www.barbelith.com/topic/3817) grew and grew, and then at a certain point the Annotating Donnie Darko (http://www.barbelith.com/topic/9495) thread was started in order to properly pick the film apart.
